Tortuga Audio sells direct through this website. If you’d rather place an order by phone, call +1.312.339.1757, or email info@tortugaaudio.com with your contact info and a brief message — we’re happy to take your order that way.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as PayPal; credit card payments are processed through Stripe. Personal checks are also accepted, though we hold shipment until the check clears. Refunds are usually issued back through the same payment method used for the original purchase; where that’s not possible, we’ll contact you about alternative refund arrangements.

Products shipped within the United States or to Canada typically go via UPS or USPS Priority, with tracking included. Products shipped outside the US (other than Canada) typically go via FedEx, DHL, or UPS, also with tracking.

Tortuga Audio doesn’t charge or collect state sales/use tax on domestic US shipments — Oregon, where we’re based, has no state sales tax. International buyers are responsible for any taxes or duties due upon receipt in their country; we don’t charge or collect those ourselves.
