Payments & refunds

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery & American Express as well as PayPal. All credit card payments are processed through stripe.com. We also accept payment via personal check however we will hold shipment until the check clears.

Refunds are usually processed back through the same payment processor used when you made your purchase. In those rare instances where this isn’t possible, we will contact you regarding alternative refund payment methods.

Shipping

All products shipped domestically within the United States or to Canada are typically shipped via either UPS or USPS Priority and include tracking info.

All products shipped outside of the United States (except for Canada) are typically shipped via either FedEx, DHL, or UPS and include tracking info.

Taxes & Duties

Tortuga Audio does not charge or collect state sales or use taxes on any products sold and shipped domestically within the United States. Tortuga Audio is based in the state of Oregon which has no state sales tax.

International buyers are responsible for payment of any taxes or duties that may be due upon receipt of product in-country. Tortuga Audio does not charge or collect taxes and duties on any international shipments.
