Direct sales only

Tortuga Audio sells direct through this website. If you’d rather place an order by phone, call +1.312.339.1757, or email info@tortugaaudio.com with your contact info and a brief message — we’re happy to take your order that way.

Payments & refunds

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as PayPal; credit card payments are processed through Stripe. Personal checks are also accepted, though we hold shipment until the check clears. Refunds are usually issued back through the same payment method used for the original purchase; where that’s not possible, we’ll contact you about alternative refund arrangements.

Shipping

Products shipped within the United States, or to Canada, Mexico, or Puerto Rico, typically go via UPS or USPS Priority, with tracking included. Products shipped anywhere else typically go via FedEx, DHL, or UPS, also with tracking.

Shipping rates

Shipping is a flat rate per order, no matter how many items are in it. The rate depends only on the destination country, and is added automatically at checkout.

Taxes & duties

Tortuga Audio doesn’t charge or collect state sales/use tax on domestic US shipments — Oregon, where we’re based, has no state sales tax. International buyers are responsible for any taxes or duties due upon receipt in their country; we don’t charge or collect those ourselves.
